Arkansas Highway 102 is an east–west highway of 26.4 miles (42.5 km) in Benton County, Arkansas.

Its western terminus is at an intersection with Highway 43 southeast of Maysville. Towns along this route include Bentonville, Centerton and Decatur, where it has a short concurrency with Highway 59. Originally 102's east terminus was at U.S. 71 (now Highway 72) north of Centerton, but was extended to the intersection of Highway 94 and U.S. Route 62 (now U.S. Route 62 Business) in Rogers. After the opening of Interstate 540 the section east of 540 was replaced by US 62. Its eastern terminus is in Bentonville, Arkansas at an intersection with Interstate 540 and U.S. Route 71.
Another section of Highway 102 began at U.S. 71 Business in Rogers, Arkansas and continued east ½ mile to the Arkansas and Missouri Railroad where it continued as West Olrich St. This road served primarily as state maintained access to a local poultry plant and was deleted in 2008.
The entire route is located in Benton County.

Highway 102 Business is a short north–south spur of Highway 102 in northwest Arkansas. Running a distance of 1.7 miles (2.7 km), its southern terminus is at AR 102 in Centerton with its northern terminus at Highway 72 southeast of Hiwasse. Originally part of the 1926 alignment of U.S. Route 71, AR 102 spur is also part of the original 1930's alignment of Highway 102.
